Shipping & Delivery
The cost of delivery for orders placed within the UK is £4.50, this will be added to the total cost of your order on checkout. For orders shipped outside the UK the shipping cost is £19.99. We offer free UK and international shipping on orders over £100. If any customs or duty charges apply in your country, you will be responsible for paying these.
The expected delivery time is 3-5 days on orders placed within the UK and 7-10 days for international (this may vary in the event of postal service strikes or delays).

Refunds & Returns
We are happy to accept refunds on all full priced purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO ENSURE A FULL REFUND
Please return your item(s), within 14 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase.
Garments must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, item(s) must be in pristine condition with the original tags and packaging when returned.
RETURNS PROCESS
Please follow these steps to return a purchase:
1. Read our returns policy to ensure your return is eligible.
2. Contact our team at order@mumhandstitch.com and request a returns authorisation code and our return address.
3. Complete the return slip, writing your return authorisation code in the section provided.
RETURNS CHARGE
Unfortunately delivery charges are non refundable, and you will have to pay postage for returned items.
However, in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please email us at order@mumhandstitch.com so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. It’s recommend that you use a registered and trackable method to return your items to us, as we do not accept liability for lost returns.
